Is your organization interested in sponsoring a career fair? The Career Center offers three levels of sponsor packages. See this document for a visual version of the text below.

Crimson Sponsorship

The $2,500 Crimson Sponsorship includes:

• All benefits of standard registration
• Priority booth location
• Standard booth with 4 representatives
• Company logo within the career fair program on your fair day
• A half-page advertisement in the Career Fair program on your fair day
• 1 Instagram story post during the fair, highlighting your booth
• Targeted email to student organizations related to your selected majors
• Logo placement at fair entrance
• One booth at Day-After Interview event

Capstone Sponsorship

The $5,000 Capstone Sponsorship includes:

• All benefits of standard registration
• Priority booth location
• Standard booth with up to 6 representatives
• Company logo within the career fair program on your fair day
• Upgrade to a full-size page advertisement in the Career Fair program on your fair day
• 1 Instagram story post during the fair, highlighting your booth
• Targeted email to student organizations related to your selected majors
• Logo placement at fair entrance
• Additional booth at Day-After Interview event (2 booths total)
• Named sponsor of a mixer

Career Champion Sponsorship

The $12,000/year Career Champion Sponsorship package is a 3-year commitment and includes:

• All benefits of standard registration
• Waived registration fees
• Priority booth location
• Standard booth with up to 6 representatives
• Company logo on the front page the career fair program on both fair days
• Upgrade to a full-size page advertisement in the Career Fair program on your fair day
• 1 social media grid post to all channels prior to fair
• 2 Instagram story posts prior to fair
• 1 Instagram story post during the fair, highlighting your booth
• Targeted email to student organizations related to your selected majors
• Logo placement at fair entrance
• Priority interview reservations for Day-After Interviews
• Additional booth at Day-After Interview event (2 booths total)
• Logo on Career Center website for 3 years
• Ad in Career Center digital boards for 3 years
• Recognition plaque in the main Career Center
• Named sponsor of a mixer
• Yearly inclusion in Advisory Board (during term)

Standard Registration Benefits

Standard registration at the Career Fair includes:

• 1 2.5-by-8-foot table and chairs for representatives
• Parking, breakfast, lunch, and all-day beverage station for attendees
